Schmidt's Pastry Cottage is a mom and pops Bakery. They make the best bakery goods in the State of Utah. Steve and Lucy have owned this Bakery since January 1977. It is simply a mom and pop's shop with over 100 employee's many are first their first job's over the last 35 years they have employed a total of over 3500 people whom have gone on with knowledge to do a better job in their lives.
